Beautifully restored keep with remains of walls and vaulted cellar next to it. There is also a place to stop for refreshments in the neighboring snack bar. Overall, a great destination for the whole family. When the weather is nice, you have a great view of the Schwalm plain. Hiking opportunities are also available.

A little journey of discovery with children that is not strenuous and can be fun. Refreshments are also possible and it is definitely worth it. Recommended in winter, especially in summer.

Small medieval castle ruins. Unfortunately, only a little preserved except the keep. Nevertheless, the castle is worth a visit. Of particular note is that the entrance to the castle tower is free. Directly below the castle there is a cozy restaurant, which invites you to linger.

Very nice destination and in the small restaurant there is the tastiest white Glühpunsch I have ever drunk. There is very little seating but even sitting outside is comfortable. Especially to mention the nice service 😊 ... we will definitely be back soon

Very nice location. We were on Geocachetour from Bad Zwesten and came here and with the map and the weather a visit was not missing. Great salads, a BrettlJause as you know from Austria and very delicious homemade cakes. Here is worth a repeat visit.

An old tower that has been revently renovated and offers a great wiev of the sourondings

Easy to reach, nice view. Be careful climbing the stairs. Not that special though.
